After-hours movers: MasterCard, Lamb Weston, CommScope and more

After-Hours Stock Movers:

MasterCard (MA) rose 0.7% after it increased its dividend and approved a new share repurchase program, authorizing the company to repurchase up to $12 billion of its Class A common stock.

Lamb Weston (LW) fell 2% after Post Holdings (NYSE:POST) acquired a potato products company, raising doubts about a potential Lamb Weston and Post deal.

CommScope (COMM) rose 17% after it announced the closing of a comprehensive refinancing with its first-lien secured lenders. The Transaction will enable CommScope to address its upcoming 2025 and 2026 debt maturities and position the Company for future success.

Corvus Pharma (CRVS) rose 15% after it said it will announce interim data from the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 1 clinical trial evaluating soquelitinib in patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis tomorrow, December 18, 2024.

Worthington Industries (NYSE:WOR) rose 14% after second quarter results topped consensus. It announced adjusted EPS of $0.60 from continuing operations (diluted), up 5% and adjusted EBITDA of $56.2 million, up 2%, despite lower net sales.
